CARNIVAL EVENTS SCHEDULE (2024) Monday July 1st – Set-Up (C-Shift) 1000Hrs (Need 6-8 people)
Tuesday July 2nd Parade and All-School Reunion Events (A-shift) 1200Hrs – Carnival/Pull Tabs booth opens (Multiple people needed) 1600Hrs – 1730Hrs Bingo Session 1 – workers needed (2) -CR Royal Ambassadors 1700Hrs – Social Hour/Grill Master (Grill meats for consumption) Workers needed (2) 1800Hrs – Parade – Need drivers for trucks (6 needed) 1930Hrs – 2100Hrs Bingo Session 2 – Workers needed (2) – CR Royal Ambassadors Wednesday July 3rd Car Show (B-Shift) 0830Hrs Garbage Detail – A Shift 0900Hrs Fireworks detail – unload fireworks from Box truck (B-Shift) 1200Hrs Carnival/Pull Tabs booth opens (Multiple people needed) – PD Explores and Reserves 1600-2100Hrs Bingo Session – Workers Needed (2) 1700Hrs – PD Bags Tournament 1700Hrs – Social Hour/Grill Master (Grill meats for consumption) Workers needed (2) Thursday July 4th – 5k Fun Run/ Fireworks/Live Music (A-Shift) 0700Hrs 5k Fun Run – Various people needed to marshal the route 0830Hrs Garbage Detail – B Shift 1200Hrs Carnival/Pull Tabs booth opens (Multiple people needed) 1400Hrs - Bingo Session #1– Workers Needed (2) – CR Baseball 1600Hrs – 1800hrs – Public Safety Meet and Great (2 people needed in uniform) 1700Hrs – Social Hour/Grill Master (Grill meats for consumption) Workers needed (2) 1700Hrs – Garbage Detail – Need people to empty garbage cans that are full (4) 1730Hrs - Bingo Session #2 - Workers Needed (2) – CR All school Reunion 1800Hrs – Fireworks security and suppression detail – Need 4-6 people to be available around the perimeter of the building/grounds to handle issues prior to, during, and after the show. 2200Hrs – Fireworks – Need someone to turn-off Ice Arena Parking lot lights (1) 2230Hrs – Light Towers- need people to turn on light towers after the show (10 towers) 2300Hrs – Garbage Detail – Will need help collecting garbage cans and emptying bags into the dumpster 2330Hrs – Pizza Feast!!! Friday July 5th - Clean-up day (C-shift)
As you can see, we still need a lot of help with all of our events! Everything in red is indicating a need for help! Bingo and Pull Tabs will need workers all the time especially at night and all day on the July 4th. If you are interested in driving a vehicle (fire truck) in the parade please contact Robbie Erickson or Nick House. If you are interested in helping with the fireworks set-up please contact Jake Schultze. If you have any other questions about the carnival call Jason Harbinson, Aaron Johnston, or John Piper.
